If you have suggestions for new features, services, or capabilities that would enhance your use of the system please submit them here. If you are having problems with the system that you cannot resolve with the user manual or via the KONNECT™ Office portal please submit them here.
Our development team reviews all ideas we receive and uses them to shape future releases of the product. Please be advised that we are unable to respond directly to feature requests or to provide any assurance that an idea will be used in a future release.
